Living Room/Dining Room
Our spacious living room is the heart of Swift Haven. The space is furnished with mid-century style couches and a flat screen TV, perfect for lounging or catching up on your favorite shows. Generously sized windows let in ample natural light, offering you breathtaking views of Shenandoah National Park throughout the day. Our dining room and living spaces are combined for ideal entertaining and family gathering. We would love to host you for a holiday!

While our living room offers stunning views and cozy seating, please note that the outdoor lighting is kept minimal to comply with local ordinances, preserving the dark night sky for astronomical viewing. This may affect visibility around the jacuzzi and fire pit areas in the evening.

Kitchen
The kitchen at Swift Haven is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, rice cooker, and coffee maker. All necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils are provided. The kitchen also features a coffee bar and adjacent dining area with a large table that comfortably seats 10 guests.

Please be aware that while our kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, we do not provide a water filtration system. Guests who prefer filtered water are recommended to bring their own, as only tap water is available.

Bedrooms
Swift Haven has four bedrooms that sleep up to 10 guests. The master bedroom features a DreamCloud king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, creating a private sanctuary for rest and relaxation. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with DreamCloud queen-sized beds, and the last two beds in the basement are equipped with full-sized beds, perfect for both kids and adults. Our four comfortable bedrooms are designed to accommodate up to 10 guests. Please note that the last two beds are located in a cozy, finished area of our basement, accessed through an unfinished section. This unique setup is part of the charm of Swift Haven, offering additional privacy. We provide quality linens and ample storage space in all bedrooms for a comfortable stay.

Bathrooms
Our home features two full bathrooms, stocked with essential toiletries and fresh towels. The master ensuite bathroom adds an extra layer of privacy and convenience. The second bathroom includes a stand-up shower and a large soaking tub, perfect for a relaxing bath after a long day of hiking.

Outdoor Space
Set on a private 3-acre lot, Swift Haven offers generous outdoor space with a Weber gas grill on the expansive deck, perfect for BBQs. The Solo Stove fire pit, surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs, is an idyllic spot for roasting marshmallows or stargazing.

Swift Haven is ideally located just a 5-minute drive from the Swift Run entrance to Shenandoah National Park, making it easy for guests to hike, bike, and enjoy breathtaking views. The property is also conveniently located just 15 minutes away from the Massanutten Resort, offering year-round outdoor activities such as skiing, snowboarding, and golfing, or visiting their spa.
